Our commitment: Every step has a checkpoint, a record, and a person in charge. If there is a problem at any step, you can trace it back to the specific process and the responsible person.
① Project plan establishment | Establish standards first, not just discuss requirements. We will finalize usage scenarios, dimensions, load-bearing, materials, surface treatment, and delivery milestones into drawings, confirm samples, and then sign a technical agreement — The sense of security you want: acceptance according to drawings, samples, and parameters, with a basis to refer to.
② Product production | The process is transparent. Production is scheduled according to the confirmed plan, key processes are fed back node by node, and the production progress can be inquired and checked at any time. No material changes or standard downgrades will be made midway — The sense of security you want: progress is visible, materials can be tracked, and no substitution will occur midway.
③ Quality inspection | First-article confirmation → process patrol inspection → process self-inspection and mutual inspection → finished product full inspection, layer-by-layer gatekeeping. Non-conforming products are reworked on-site and will not be warehoused or shipped out — The sense of security you want: standards, records, and files are available.
④ Completion of inspection | Only when the inspection is passed is loading allowed. Final inspection before shipment; we cooperate with customer self-inspection or third-party inspection; after the inspection is passed, packaging reinforcement and container loading are carried out, with photos and files kept throughout the process. We do not ship questionable goods — The sense of security you want: only qualified products are loaded, and non-qualified ones are not loaded into the container.
